CashGPT — Notice of Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your Personal Information under the CCPA/CPRA.

What “Sale” and “Sharing” Mean

“Sale” means disclosing or making available your Personal Information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.

“Sharing” means disclosing or making available your Personal Information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for monetary consideration.

We may sell or share certain categories of Personal Information — including identifiers (such as email address, hashed email identifiers, IP address, device identifiers, and mobile advertising IDs), internet or network activity (such as app interactions and usage metadata), approximate geolocation data, and inferences — with advertising partners, analytics providers, and identity-resolution platforms. In a future update, we may also sell or share AI chat content for advertising personalization purposes; we will update this Notice and notify you before that occurs.

How to Exercise Your Opt-Out Right

In-App Setting: Use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control in the CashGPT app (Settings → Privacy).

By Email: Send your request to privacy@modemobile.com with the subject line “California Privacy Rights — Opt Out of Sale/Sharing.”

By Mail: Mode Mobile, LLC, One East Erie, Suite 525, Chicago, IL 60611, Attn: California Privacy Rights.

We will process your request within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

Using an Authorized Agent

You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request. Requests must include a valid power of attorney or notarized statement designating the agent.

What Happens After You Opt Out

Once we process your opt-out, we will stop selling or sharing your Personal Information with third parties for the purposes described above, subject to any exceptions under applicable law. We will notify third parties to whom we have sold or shared your Personal Information in the preceding 90 days, directing them to stop. Your opt-out choice remains in effect until you instruct us otherwise.

Please note: Because CashGPT Points are funded in part by the value we derive from user data — including through advertising — opting out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information may limit your ability to earn Points through certain advertising-based activities. Any such limitation will be disclosed to you at the time you exercise this right.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

The CCPA/CPRA gives California residents the right to limit the use and disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. As used in CashGPT, Sensitive Personal Information includes biometric data (facial liveness data) collected for identity verification at redemption. We use biometric data solely for identity verification and fraud prevention and do not use or disclose it for purposes beyond those permitted by the CCPA/CPRA. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
